Glico Pocky Demitasse

These are absolutely delicious. They were some good and creamy. I wish I could fins these again. They are really short and the sticks are chocolate with this dark creamy chocolate on the outside. Maybe 3 to 4 inches long a piece I destroy them easily in a few minutes. The box is not that big but I enjoy every bit. GET THESE.

Nestle Kit Kat Bakable Sweet Potato

More bake-able KitKat's for everyone to try. They were selling these at our local Asian market which was a surprise but it was $5.99 for the bag with snack size kitkat's. They really do taste like sweet potato's but I have yet tried to bake one. Pretty tasty but the price is a little high. Maybe that is OK for something limited as this in my part of town. Then again I am not a huge sweet potato fan but maybe you are!

meiji Meltyblend Fruity Strawberry

Oh god, this is really good. Meiji needs to keep making these. I have tried the green tea, chocolate and milk tea and this is great as well. You need to get these as gitfs for yourself and others. They are individually packaged and taste great. They MELT in your mouth. The insides pretty much have the flavor and you can either let it melt all the way or stat to chew it and then let it melt. Either OR! Great buy but it was $3 for the box

meiji Fran Buttery Chocolate

This stuff is pretty legit. Fran from Meiji has a buttery chocolate flavoring that is nice and smooth. Very enjoyable to eat. A lot like Pocky which is a Glico candy but this is Meiji maybe trying to get a piece of the action. Pretty good. I would get this over the chocolate Pocky any day.

meiji Meltyblend Royal Milk Tea

Meltyblend from Meiji is so delicious. Gosh we got three flavors and this was one of them. It is a small little festive looking box with individual packaged squares that are just the right size to enjoy. They really do melt on your tongue and mouth. They are incredibly enjoyable and chocolaty. The milk tea flavor is light but noticeable. It works well with the candy and is worth the buy. It was a $3 box though.

YUMMMMM

meiji Meltyblend Green Tea

Holy jamolleee Batman, these are great! These are great indeed. Meiji did something great here and the box is themed for the right time of season. This is the green tea flavor and they come as little individual packaged squares. There are 15 of them and you can bite into them and then let it just melt on your tongue. These are really good and the green tea flavor is light and not intense so it wont be too earthy. These are great and I have two others to review after this one. Get these if you see them, they don't disappoint, best thing I have had to review in awhile all 3 flavors that I got.

Collon Green Tea

These were not that great. I have had some of the collon before but chocolate and it was ok. Kinda reminds me of Combo's but with not that great green tea flavor inside. Pass or try up to you.
I would pass though.

Black Thunder Choco-bar Japan

This "Black Thunder" is a small chocolate bar that I got my hands on. It is pretty great. Not a lot of chocolate which is good. A perfect portion and has cookie and pretzels. So good so crunchy and named after the god of Thunder; Raijin.

Wa-Ichigo Strawberry KitKat

This KitKat that I picked up while on my way back from Japan was a great idea. It only came with 3 snack size wrappers. They taste amazing, the strawberry chocolate goes well with biscuit. It taste better than the strawberry Pocky that you can get. I would get this every time I came across it for sure but might have been a limited time thing.

Nestle Kit-Kat Raseberry

Aw man, so we got two bags of KitKat's in Japan. One was the bake-able cheesecake and the other was the Raspberry. It is pretty tasty and has small bits on the chocolate that gives it that extra flavor. They are small individually packed inside the bag. The color of the bag was eye catching and makes them look tasty. I couldn't get any of my friends to try it since none like Raspberry apparently. They come out with flavors all the time and it was nice to get a bag of these while I could on my trip to Japan. Nice snack size. The flavor isn't terribly over exerting but just enough to enjoy that it is raspberry.

Grab some if you can!

Lotte Crunky Chocolate

This here is Crunky. Not drunk or crunk but crunky. It is a candy chocolate bar from Lotte. It is like the equivalent of our Crunch bar here in the states but not as good. The chocolate and crunch part were not that amazing and I already don't like Crunch bars much. It was pretty much just like it but the chocolate's flavor is a bit duller. I would pass on this again but Ms. Noodle may not. She got it on our trip to Japan.

meiji Kinoko no Yama Strawberry Chocolate Mushrooms

This is great, I am so glad that I got these in Japan. This is another chocolate candy from meiji which makes a lot of chocolates and candies. This is a biscuit with some white and strawberry chocolate on the ends of them in a shape that represents mushrooms. The strawberry chocolate is great, I love it. Close to the regular strawberry Pocky but I think it is a bit batter. You open the box and each one is individually wrapped in plastic so you don't have to go through them all at once. This worked out better because in shipping they somewhat melted and lucky me found they were not in one bag but individual so I didn't get a mess. I would get these again for sure. They are cute and delicious. MUST get.

Meiji Apollo Strawberry Chocolate

These little Apollo strawberry chocolate ones are delicious. I love these little things and they are just the right size to eat. They are shaped like cones with chocolate at the base and strawberry at the top. The box is pretty cute and not to big. It can fit in the pocket but beware, it is chocolate and will melt. I got these at the local store as Ms. Noodle was, "Have you had these? They are good!" So I bought them and she was right. It might have been $2 for the box but I have enjoyed them since I am a strawberry kinda guy. Now I am kinda feeling like I should have some....

Want some!? Get some!

Tirol Choco Square Chocolates

We picked up this bag in the airport on the way home. They are little squares of chocolate that are a few varieties which was cool. More chocolate and variety in the bag. There is cookies and cream, caramel, biscuit and a few others. A few I didn't care for but they were pleasant to eat on the flight. I don't know much about Tirol but I read that they release limited flavors every once in a while to peoples delight. I would grab a bag again but I am not to much of a chocolate guy. Do love me Reese's though.
I recommend.

Kit-Kat Itohkyuemon Uji-Matcha Green Tea Flavor - Kyoto Exclusive

 photo IMG_1582_zps56447128.jpg photo IMG_1583_zps06a764f9.jpg photo IMG_1585_zps8a6c48ad.jpg
While I, Mr. Tea, was traveling in Kyoto Japan I picked up a few exclusive Kit-Kat boxes and one of them was the Matcha green tea flavor. I grabbed the big box because I knew that I was going to want more then just a few bars. Kyoto especially the Uji area is known all over Japan fro their Green Tea. It is the best, from my personal experience thus far. Now since I have been there, in my local market in town I found on the shelf a bag of Kit-Kat Matcha flavored bars and it wasn't an off brand but Kit-Kat. I guess it isn't Kyoto exclusive anymore and it was $5 for the bag there. I think I paid about the same or maybe 650 Yen in Kyoto for this box of 12.
