These are crispy and crunchy in deed. They are like cheese puffs in texture and form but have some interesting flavors. They are not bad just interesting. Nice little snack and they stuck to my teeth so I had to lick them to get all of it off. Not sure if I would go out of my way to buy these as this came in a Japan Crate but they were enjoyable for something different.
