Jasmin Tea Fujian Tea Import & Export Co.

This tea has a strong fragrance about it. I actually end up using some other black or green loose tea leaves to mellow it out. Essentially it is just black tea that has been heavily scented with jasmine. In small doses it is pretty good but I do have to water it down or use other teas with. There are larger cans of this but I got the small can. The can is nice and I like the color, keeps the aroma inside and not all over.

Kuai Kuai Corn Snack - condensed Milk Srawberry flavor

this is interesting. So they are shaped like Cheetos but they taste like Captain Crunch cereal. They are pretty good. The flavor is strawberry and not like a weird strawberry. They are crunchy and pretty good. Opening the bag for the first time has a nice strawberry aroma to it. I am not sure if I will get this again as it isn't usually my thing. They were not amazing just not bad. 

Muscle and Joint Comfort Tea Dietary supplement

I picked this up at the local Asian market because I had some muscle and joint pain related to post surgery. I'm not sure if it actually helped but id did taste good and also soothed me out. I am not sure I will buy this specific tea again but it is enjoyable. There are more teas from the same manufacture that I might try first before coming back. 

Ocean Milk Tea

This was a nice little juice box of milk tea. We refrigerated it once we got it and tried it. Not a whole lot to share between two people. It wasn't bad milk tea but sure wasn't the best that we had. Still a good substitute to drink and if you want to shove it in your lunch box go for it. I would give it another drink if I can find it. 

JDB Jiaduobao Herbal Tea

More herbal tea. I got this almost he same time I got that other random herbal tea. Heck these might be the exact same things because they sure did taste the same way. This had more English on it and the other might have been for another country. Different packaging might not mean different drink. They are both red cans so who knows. Long story short it is the same taste I got as the other that is reviewed before this one. Not a big herbal tea guy and this left a bad taste afterwards. Ms. Noodle didn't like it either. Pass people...just pass on it.

Random Herbal Tea

I have no clue the brand really or what the can says. I picked it up as a gamble and once I tried it realized that it is canned herbal tea. I tried something very similar that week and tasted just about the same. Not really into herbal tea but left a bad aftertaste in the mouth. I would pass on this if I were you but maybe my pallet isn't made for herbal tea. It might have been badly expired...

Matcha Pumpkin Seeds

The size of the bag provides a good number of seeds and the coating that is a powder on the seeds are green in color. Now first impression when starting to eat the seeds is that the powder coating does taste like green tea in a slight way but the seeds themselves with the powder were really dry. The taste was weird after while and it made me want to spit out what I was chewing. The size of the pumpkin seeds were large compared to what I am use to baking from Pumpkin carvings. What they could do with the packaging is have a re-seal-able bag. That is a large bag and there is no way to finish it in one go. I moved them to a Ziploc bag before I realized that they were not good.

they now made a permanent home in the trash bin.

I'm not sure of the company or brand but you can pass on them. I love Matcha all things but this is a no. 

Sun Kee Ginger Candy

If you want a Ginger fix then try this "Botan Candy" like candy! It comes wrapped up in this nice purple checkered pattern paper with some ginger on it. Unwrap and you have this nice soft candy like Botan that I have previously reviewed. I placed it in the mouth and started to suck on it but I had to bite into it to get a feel for it. I instantly realized that it had a strong ginger taste. It will help if you need to clear up some sinus problems. Maybe chew this and drink some real ginger beer, that will set you straight. I am not sure if I can enjoy this all the time since I like mellow candies but his is strong and Ms. Noodle does not approve. Interesting to try though but I am not going out of my way to buy again. If you are a ginger fan, grab some!

Dried Honey Suckle - Taishan Company

So Ms. Noodle and I noticed some Dried Honey Suckle in the market when we were looking for tea. It was $1 so we grabbed it and decided to use it in our tea balls with tea. I have yet tried it just as it's own but always with my green tea. It is nice with the green tea, although I mostly taste the green tea. I am indifferent about it until I try it alone. I wouldn't go out of the way to add it to the green tea or black tea (what not). I am not sure as what other uses it might have. I would have to ask Ms. Noodle about that.
Will update when I try it alone or find other uses for it.

Chinese Bottled Jasmine Tea (Molispace)

I can not read Chinese and I tried typing in the web address on the bottle but the page does not exist currently. I noticed only after I had grabbed this out of the market that it expired 10 months ago!! The Market we go to has a tendency to not check their products expiration dates and it was my fault that it was a bit late. Anyways I am thinking that since then when the Jasmine Tea was bottled that perhaps the company does not exist anymore. That follows in suit to the tea in this bottle which was not to our liking. Now it might not be that great because it is OLD but it was too sweet and is no were as nice as Ito En's Jasmin tea (which is delicious), see here.

Like said we tried it and it taste like Jasmine tea but has sweetness that I just don't care for. Ms. Noodle likes sweet teas but she didn't agree with this one. I will not be getting this one again and I now know that it is expired it I see it again.

This is a Miss, don't buy!

White Rabbit Creamy Candy

 

 This candy comes in a edible wrapper, rice paper. It is a little bit longer then a tootsie roll. It is a chewy candy and I was guessing like those milk caramel like candies. They are really chewy and stick to the teeth like crazy. Nice and creamy and worth the buy. I might like this more then the other milk candies I have tried, there is more of a bit in this one!

 

The company is out of Shanghai originally and actually has more flavors then just vanilla. I didn't know this. The original was ABC milk candies and they used a Micky Mouse drawing on the packaging. They were really cheap to import and so they got out there and popular that way. Soon the company ABC Candies was state owned and wanted to change the logo since using Micky Mouse apparently showed the were worshiping foreign countries and changed it to the White Rabbit. Today it is one of China's top branded sweets.
You should grab some!

World Market Wulu Jade Green loose Tea

I was given this awhile ago by my mother and added it because it was full leaf green tea that was a product of China. She got it out of World Market and put it in one of my presents one year. I have been using it recently to create some great tasting iced green tea. I usually use a good amount on my pot on the stove and let it steep for a bit before pouring it into my jar that I save it in. Then I put more water into the pot with the tea balls in it and boil the water which lets the tea steep quickly into the water. This causes a strong mix and it is a lot darker and then I add that in my container. I let it sit to cool off before putting it in the refrigerator. It makes great strong tea and I like it stronger then many others I know. I DO NOT sweeten it but I can understand some people wanting this. My version is bitter but earthy which is my thing. This tea has a hard time steeping, I am not sure if it is built to last but it seemed that I needed to use a lot to get something out of it. Also it is Fair Trade Tea and you can still get it at World Market.
Below is what the loose tea looks like and I place it in a tea ball that you can place in a mug, cup or tea pot to enjoy.


This is delicious. Given I mixed a few other ingredients into it like dried honey suckle and another green tea brand.
