Hotachino Nest Japanese Classic Ale

Very strong in flavor. A little too much for my but can see some people liking a nice heavy flavored beer/ale. Pretty expensive though at like 4-6$ a bottle at Total Wine. Little intense, but do like the bottles.

Asahi Dry Zero Beer

Well when you see a "beer" with Zero you might think it is zero calories but what this really is is ZERO Alcohol! If you like that dry Asahi beer taste and don't care whether it has alcohol or not then its good. It taste just like a bottle of Asahi but there is no beer. Was a little pricey though for a non-alcoholic bottle of beer. It's like Japan's O'douls. Well if you really do enjoy the beer taste of Asahi but don't care for the alcohol then go for it but I'll pass. 

33 Export Vietnamese Beer

"33" Export beer is a Vietnamese beer that taste a lot like a lager because it is a lager. It is a golden lager and it is pretty standard. It actually is a light lager when you taste it. I couldn't call it bad but nor very good.
I am not a beer connoisseur but this is just an OK beer in my opinion. Weird aftertaste as well. I bought it at a Total Wine so yours might carry it, but I might have paid $2.50?
I would rather buy a Ito En Dark Green Tea Bottle instead. 

Asahi Super Dry Beer

 Asahi Breweries is a larger brewing and soft drink company that is based in Tokyo, Japan. I mean larger brewery with 40% of the beer market! Holy Cow! It also helped out that they came out with their Super Dry beer which got the crazy for all those Japanese Dry Beers which I am not sure I can get into.

 

 The company started in Osaka in 1889 as Osaka Beer Company and something interesting is that in the first World War the Germany prisoners worked in the brewery.

 

 This Super Dry Draft Beer has a strong flavor to it. I couldn't really handle it as I am not crazy about beer so this was a change of pace if you have been drinking some light beers. It is the very first Dry beer and most popular in Japan since 1987. They use a special rare type of yeast to make their beer. It is very crisp and the flavor is definitely there to have.

Ms. Noodle found it was to strong and unfortunate this beer did go to waste for both of us....

Hitachino Nest Beer - Red Rice Ale Review

Brewed with special red rice, this ale was a nice find in our local Total Wine store. The rice “which had been cultured in ancient times in Japan” gives this beer a mellow taste.  The beverage is everything you’d expect in an ale. A light, crisp drink with notes of orange, strawberry, and a nutty aftertaste. It is actually very mild in flavor compared to most ales, but since we are not beer connoisseurs we both enjoyed the flavor. We thought that the beer would be more red from the description, but it ended up being more of an orange. Kiuchi Brewery started creating Hitachino Nest Beers in 1996 with “a hint of our traditional sake brewing method”.
